Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How do I know if this is for real?
You may independently verify our status as an active introducing broker with the firms we partner with and by visiting the National Futures Association's BASIC website here. You might also look at various user review sites like http://forexpeacearmy.com to see what clients have had to say about us.
  2. How are the rebates calculated?

    1. To quickly estimate your total rebate* you may use our cash back estimator*.

    2. To more precisely calculate your rebate* on a per trade basis, please use our rebate pip calculator* and follow the instructions.

    3. *The rebate estimation tools only provide an approximate estimate of what a rebate may be.

  3. Do my spreads increase if I open an account through you?
We believe that raising your spreads in order to offer a rebate would provide no real value and so it is not a part of our business model. In other words, we do not to modify the spreads of the brokers listed on our website. The main difference between going directly to the broker and opening your account through CashBackForexUSA is that we provide a partial rebate of the spreads and/or commissions you will pay the broker.
  4. When will I receive my rebate payments?
Brokers typically provide trading records to CashBackForexUSA no later than the 15th of the month following the close of each trading month. We then calculate your rebates, credit them to your profile, and issue a payment no later than the 25th of the month following the month the trades were closed.

Example: End of Trading MonthJanuary 30
Trading records received from BrokersFebruary 15
Credits and payments issued no later thanFebruary 25th

In keeping with our desire to make payments as quickly as possible, we make early credits and payments between the 8th-12th of the month, for selected payout options (PayPal and ACH) when data is available from your broker. While we make these early payments whenever possible, you should not expect a payment prior to the 25th of the month following the month the trades were closed.
  5. How do I begin receiving rebates?

    1. Sign up for a free account on this site.

    2. Proceed to our Compare Brokers page, choose a broker and click on their link or icon, then follow the instructions on the next page. If you see a field for "referred by" enter (Excel Markets Inc.) unless directed otherwise. You will receive a confirmation email from us after your new account has been verified. Be sure to email us at support@cashbackforexusa.com with your new account details so that we can insure that your account is linked to our IB group.

    3. Visit my payout options in your account tab and update your payment information.

    4. Begin trading the account, and wait for your rebate payments to arrive!

  6. Are there any minimums required to receive a rebate?
There are no minimum trading requirements to receive rebates. Depending on the payout option you select, there are different minimum account balances required for a rebate payment to be issued. If your account balance is below this, your account balance will carry over until either you change your selected payout option to one with a lower minimum, or your account balance reaches the amount required for a rebate payment to be issued.
  7. Can you deposit directly into my trading account?
    No, currently we cannot.
  8. What do I do if I disagree with the amount of cashback I received?
Mistakes can happen and we are happy to take a second look. Simply contact us with a copy of your account statement (as it comes from the broker) with a request to have the matter investigated.
  9. when does my rebate credit show up in my profile?
You will receive a credit prior to payment issuance; therefore your profile balance will be positive. Credits may be issued anywhere from several hours to several days before rebate payments are received. Rebate payments will show up no later than the 25th of the month for all trades closed in the previous month. After a payment has been issued, your account balance will return to zero.
  10. What payout options do you offer?
Currently we offer Paypal, Check, Bank Wire, and ACH (direct deposit). We incur costs on some payout options, so we charge a fee on these. For more details please login and visit my payout options.
  11. How do I provide my payment information?
Go to My Payment Options under the My Account tab.
  12. What is a round turn lot?
A completed trade; a position that has been both opened and closed.
  13. Do I get rebates for both winning and losing trades?
Yes, commissions are paid to us based on the trades made, not whether they are a winning or losing trade.
  14. Why Is It Important To Follow Your Instructions Exactly When Opening An Account?
The instructions for opening an account at each broker are designed to ensure the brokerage firm recognizes us as your referrer. If you open an account and we are not listed as the Introducing Broker, we will not be able to pay rebates for the trades you place on the account.
  15. Can I Get Cash Back For Trading With A Broker I Already Have An Account With?
In many cases you may, however please bear in mind it is always up to the broker whether or not to link an existing account to CashBackForex USA. Please visit the individual broker pages for more details
